There is a Brazilian Art Director myth: a sun-kissed kid who grew up destined to become a creative. Yeah, that's the other Marcello, Serpa. I took the longer route. I’ve worked in trucks, wired train engines, even tried engineering school, all before I knew what a cross-channel advertising campaign was. I became a creative along the way and that journey shaped how I think, work and lead ideas.

Since 2010, I’ve worked across Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador and Italy, at agencies like TBWA, Publicis and Y&R. I am skilled in campaigns, branding and pitches, having worked for Nike, Toyota, Chevrolet, KIA, Nestlé, Nescafé, Heineken and clients in telecom, education, healthcare, banking, hospitality and more.

Over the years, I’ve learned to adapt, lead and bring to life ideas that matter, guided by a creative vision without borders. I've developed a creative process blending two schools: Brazil’s fast-paced visual craft and Argentina’s conceptual depth. This mix allows me to shape strong ideas and execute them into campaigns that deliver and win pitches.
